2nd day any tips for me to not eat rubbish lol...

    Eat what you want. Stop when your calorie limit is reached. Be happy.

    Eat something wholesome first, (eg piece of fruit, peanut butter on toast) wait half an hour and then decide if you still want the rubbish. if so, have it and be happy but fit it into your calories. Personally I distract myself with water as well this way. Most times I didn't really want it but occasionally I am like cookie monster!

    best advice i ever had was drink more water i now drink a gallon a day and have for 4 months. helps keep you full and has no bad effects other than after a bottle of chilled water you can feel a little cold. i'm nearing the end of my weight loss journey now, and wish you the best of luck with yours

    Water is awesome! I also add a little bit of lemon juice to my water. I drink alot during the day. Also, fiber and protein helps me stay full longer.

    Don't keep it in the house.

    And log. Actually logging and keeping track of your food makes you very aware of how much you're eating.

    And depending on the junk I don't see why you can't have it. Just log and keep in moderation.

    Have meals ready to go. Being on the go and the time it takes to cook when you are already hungry often lead to eating "rubbish" because its quick and easy.
