    @shelsplace The best thing is knowing I can now keep this weight off. MFP has been an amazing tool for me and it is so easy to keep track of everything :-) Of course I feel great, clothes dropped in size so I can dress in beautiful clothes and I have so much energy to do more things in my life. Strange things are that in fact when I sleep I can feel bones in my legs and it feels weird...

    I just discovered that I am wearing UK size 16 and with some additional effort can fit into size 14 :-) such a great feeling :-) I am still on my way and will post some new pictures soon. Thank you all for nice comments and if you want help just add me as friend
