It is indeed a bandaid to a bigger problem. Everyone is correct, don't waste money and skip the issues. Eating more proteins and veggies will keep you full, fats of course as well.
But, I technically do use an appetite suppression technique, which is to drink caffeine during my fasting window. I drink coffee or tea and it helps me not eat until around 1pm. Works great for me.0
