I am a high carb vegan and I was wondering for some insight on other vegans daily calorie intake and activity levels? Thanks

I'm pretty small (5'0-95 lbs)and sedentary, I usually eat to maintain as I don't want to lose any weight from where I'm at or I will look scary, I eat 1800 ish calories0

High carb here with open diary (but not vegan). 1330 calories 5'3. No exercise. Focus on protein and fiber.0

Vegan at 4'11'', 108lb and at 54 mfp says I should be on 1200 calories to lose less than half a pound a week but I eat much more than this most days. Diary's set as mfp recommends (50% carbs, 30% fat, 20% protein) and usually I meet or go over these, especially carbs. Currently temporarily inactive due to a sprain but I used to walk about an hour a day and do cardio or use an elliptical for about two hours a week; really missing the exercise. The lowest I've ever got to was 97lb by eating about 1100 cals a day but looked too thin at that weight.0

Veganish, with yoghurt.
My BMR is ~ 1500 kCal a day for a 57 y/o male 166 cm tall, 130 lbs.
Winter snow days I don't bike ride and then am pretty sedentary. Other days I usually exercise 250 - 750 kCal.
Daily calories and activity/exercise is not Vegan dependent -- it works the same for everybody.
So .. what is your question ?0 -
I'm high carb vegan with an open diary. I aim for1300 net cals per day to loose 0.5lbs a week. I at least have a 30 min walk per day and goto the gym/swim 4-5 times a week and eat back around half of my exercise calories0

My diary is mostly high carb, all vegan. I think I have set to friends only but I will add anyone interested. I'm still looking to loose weight, but maybe not over winter. I maintain at about 2000, 5'2" 133lb0

im vegan and i eat a tonne of carbs but i dont consider myself a high carb vegan i just eat what i like
carbs are what i like apparently
i eat 1800-2200 cals0
