With what do you need help?0

Im at 220. 5'9 . male. Im confused on how much I should really eat in calories. And if the remaining on the mfp is what im left to eat. It took me 8 weeks to lose 4 pounds. And with fitbit tracker. I have been at a deficit everyday for 2 months. Doesn't make sense.0

Are you using a food scale to weigh the items you are eating, including prepackaged foods? Eyeballing and measuring cups are very inaccurate, and packaged items are almost always understated. The actual weights of these items is the best way to be certain you are maintaining a calorie deficit, which is essential to weight loss.
How many calories per day did MFP (this site) give you when you set up your information? Are you forgetting to log some items suck as cooking oil (even the spray stuff has calories despite what the label says, because you never use a half second spray when cooking)? Are you logging here or on FitBit?0 -
Thanks for the reply back0

I log everything.to the T...But im not understanding why im not losing the 2 pounds a week. Doesn't make sense.0

Hi Ron!
Are you willing to open your food diary? This will help see if there are any inaccuracies in there.
Several different things can go wrong with logging, and that would be the best place to start looking for issues. How many calories per day is FitBit saying you are burning? Which FitBit do you have?
I'm a 5'2" female and losing 2lb/week on 1600, so I am thinking there is an issue with the numbers in there somewhere.0 -
Yes. Im willing..how ??? Mon-fri. 3,000 to 4,000 calories burned. Weekends 1500 to 2500 burned. Fitbit charger HR0

Im trying really hard on fitbit and mfp to figure out not to go over. But im amature. Do i eat less then what is remaining on mfp. Fitbit remaining intake is different from mfp. So im going with mfp. Its lesser. Still no luck...0

Your fitbit burns seem very high, what are you doing daily to get that kind of a burn?
Honestly, this might be a question for the fitbit user group, as I would look at that number first.0 -
Im going by mfp cuz its lower. But still not losing weight. Any suggestions0

I am going to stand by the opinion that you are eating more than you realize. I will give you a few examples from your diary:
Bread, 2 slices: one slice is 53g (per the nutrition label), have you been weighing these to make sure they are 53g each? I know it sounds picky, but honestly if it is off by say 7g (which I have seen, so this isn't unrealistic), you are underestimating this item alone (for the two slices) by 37 calories.
Cheese, 2 stix: cheese can be fairly calorie heavy, and based on the NI, 28g is 110 cal, so the stix you are logging should be approximately 23 g. If you weight them, you will likely find that they are more than this. Let's say you weigh it and it's 26g, that is 12 calories per each that you are underestimating.
Individually, they may not sound like much, but in combination they can derail your progress.
I would be curious about the accuracy of your FitBit as well, It seems to be suggesting that you are burning around 4000-4500 per day. Although you aren't eating those back, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.
How much weight have you actually lost in the past two months?
This thread has an amazing number of links to help you:

Don't get overwhelmed by the number of links in there, start with the getting started ones, and then look at the ones on logging more accurately.
I suspect this is the place for you to start.
Here's a link to the FitBit group for more accurate information from that aspect:
