Food scale important??

how important food scale is for building muscle?

Because today I will go and buy a digital one so I can monitor what I'm eating :)

So, I need your recommendations on what's the best food scale and how important is it.

    A calorie surplus and adequate lifting program are important to building muscle. A food scale will help ensure you're in a surplus, but many can do fine without it (it's more important if you're losing weight). Any digital scale that can do grams and ounces and has a tare/zero button will do.

    Exactly "Malibu927" I bought mine on ebay for $10 and it works great. Get enough calories is key but get .4 x body weight for fat .6-1gram x body weight for protein and enough calories in carbs to keep you satisfied the rest of your caloric load can be what ever you want but it will come down to calories.

    Hard to think of anything less important!

    They are very educational over portion sizes and important if you are trying to tightly control your weight loss/maintenance/gain but if your goal is simply muscle building then save your money and buy some dumbbells.
