Today I ate boiled eggs and porridge, and even though I walked into work (1 hour, which I don't usually do) I didn't need my usual mid morning snack! I was very pleased!0

Work days I have muesli with a handful of mixed (frozen but thawed) berries, pineapple and fat free natural yoghurt, it's delicious I feel sad when I get to the end of the bowl.:sad:
On weekends I make a smoothie with banana, mixed berries, sugar free peanut butter, porridge oats, fat free natural yoghurt, semi skimmed milk and pineapple luv it or grilled bacon, fried mushrooms, tomato or baked beans with fried egg white and wholemeal toast.0
