Vegan gaining

Hi there, I recently went vegan and am struggling to get the calories I need to gain. I have always been slim-average build but not particularly happy with that, I would like to bulk up. I have been eating plenty of nuts and vegan protein shakes etc but if anyone has any tips or calorie dense foods they would recommend that would be great. Thanks :)

    What do you put in your shakes? I'd add more bananas if you can. 100 cals a pop and they digest easily.

    Coconut oil. A spoonful here and there and you're up another 200-300 cals.

    Increase soft foods like sweet potato and bananas. High in calories and easy to get down the gullet.

    I love grains like rice and wheat pastas as well as potatoes & bananas. I'm excited to see another vegan on here! To be honest I think we have an advantage when it comes to gaining weight vs other diets, I've been vegan for about six months and I've had about a 15lbs weight increase. Try what you like as staples and then explore and add onto your diet, be patient and the results will come.
