I am 44 and have lost 51 pounds already... 36 of it was with MFP... I feel this site really helps.. I also have diabetes and this has really helped me in controlling my Carbs intake... so much that my doctor just took me off my diabetes meds and listed me as a diet controlled diabetic!!! I still have 120 pounds to go to my ideal weight.. I would love it if you would add me! I believe a "way to go" cheering section really helps, and I feel I can be that person for you... if you can be that person for me

    I'm 43 from new Zealand and am nearly at the 10kgs lost mark. Then have 10 left. I gave up smoking 3 years ago and only now have motivation to lose it. But better late than ever.
