For some reason, when I get cold, my upper back and/or neck will turn ICE COLD and actually ache. My fiance got into bed the other night and put an arm around my shoulder. His arm brushed against my neck and he recoiled, wondering what the heck was wrong with me and why was I so cold? I was even under an electric blanket. Most nights in winter I have to sleep with a heating pad under my back and an electric blanket.
I'm always cold. My hands are always freezing.
Does anyone else experience this? I'm considering getting my thyroid checked when my insurance kicks in again.
