Question on Sugar Intake

According to my report 75 g of sugar is what I am allowed. I logged in at 120 g (45g over the limit) but 65g of the 120g came from fruits and vegetable. Is this good or bad?

Sugar is sugar, and yep, fruits and veggies got it.The MFP guidelines are based on well documented guidelines, and they're pretty reasonable. Just look for other places to cut your intake.0

If you don't have a medical reason to track sugar, it's not a big deal if you're within calories. Many will switch the sugar tracking with fiber.0

So 55g came from added sugar that's just over 10% of calories which is about where the wHO guideline suggest you should be (assuming there was no fruit juices in the 65g part)

So I think I will try to do more low glycemic foods.

I sometimes go over with fruit, but I refrain from all added sugars. I'm still losing weight just fine.0
