Hungrier on rest days?

Hey guys! Does anyone else notice their appetite grow on rest days? I workout 5 days a week, 3-4 days of Taekwondo training and 1-2 days of running/strength training. On the days I workout, my appetite is actually not that big. On my 2 rest days...watch out! I'm genuinely hungrier. It isn't boredom or snacking.

    Rest days are when your body rebuilds. Normal.

    Good to hear. I thought I was the only one who couldn't seem to eat all the calories on a running day, but was ravenous the following day.

    Nope. I am a lot less hungry on rest days. But I notice any stiffness more on rest days. But then, any cardio I do is very low intensity and doesn't affect my appetite.

    I get that too. For the next few horus after a workout, I can't stomach any food at all but the next day I'm eating anything in sight!
