my conditioning coach appointment this morning. I have been running a lot (last Saturday I completed a 100 miles in 30 days challenge) and need to work on upper body. So he had me doing pull ups, dips, pull downs, bench press and some core exercises. I have been doing push ups, bench press and curls at home so it didn't seem like I was really pushing myself. But driving in to work, boy did I feel it in my arms; they were feeling shaky when I turned the wheel. Good stuff; hope it will start to pay off soon...

Try driving stick shift the day after leg day. That leg shake while riding the clutch pedal... Fun times!0
