I have been through the most traumatic time of my life, and have put on a massive amount of weight. I know only i can do this. Any fellow dieters that have been through a miscarriage any advice welcomed

I am so sorry for your loss. <3

I too lost one of my babies, one of twins. Even though it was over 30 years ago, the feelings are often still raw and fresh.

Time has healed much though Thank goodness but initially the pain emotionally was intense and I often felt alone.

Perhaps being so long ago too, accounted for the feelings that I had of being dismissed by others. I can only hope that for you times have changed and you have the support of your loved ones who acknowledge the real pain and loss that comes with such a trauma.

I am here for you if I can be of any help/support whatsoever.

I'm sorry, honey...I understand, they say time heals all wounds....but they certainly don't say how much time, do they? I have been through this, but it was many years ago....All I can suggest is you take every day that is given, make the most of it, in honour of that baby. Please be strong, my friend. I don't know what your beliefs are, but I have a direct line with the guy upstairs whom I believe in...and I'm saying a little prayer for you and the baby you've lost. Much love (Please feel free to add me if you need a friend!) xoxo

Thank you, how much time is really the question. Thank you for keeping me and my baby in your prayers. I am taking things hour by hour at the moment.
