Hey everyone! I have almost completed my first month using MFP! I have found it extremely helpful so far and all the friends I have made have helped me so much! I'm the only one in my house that is currently trying to lose weight so it helps knowing that there are others out there that have the same goals as you! MFP definitely let's you know that you are not alone. If anyone is in need of a motivational friend then you can add me! We can do this together!

    I have been using MFP for about 3 weeks now. I am logging my food only ay this time because I really need to get that unfer control first. Once I'm in a good place there I will start incorporating the exercise. Feel free to friend me and we can keep each other motivated.
