So I recently bought the vanilla Quest protein powder. I thought I'd give it a try because I really like the Quest bars. I have mixed less then half a scoop in with my breakfast for the past three days and every time I get extremely nauseas to wear I have to lay down and my chest starts to feel heavy and it's hard for me to breath. Has anyone else ever had this problem from Quest protein powder or any other protein powder??

Is this your first time using whey protein powder in general?

For me, the sucrolose in both the powder and bars makes me very nauseous. I now puck products that are sucrolose free. Hard.

No, it's my second time. I used a different brand last year that I really liked but I can't remember the name of it. I didn't have any problems with it that I can remember. I never used it in the morning though. Just at night after I was finished with my workout.

Compare the ingredients. Definitely something in the Quest that doesn't agree with your body.

I was allergic to the vegan Beachbody shakes. Nausea, headache and then vomitting. *something* they put in there I am allergic to. I now opt for hemp protein and blend my own shakes to control all the ingredients. Be careful!

Try "NOW SPORTS" brand Natural, Unflavored Whey Isolate. Add Stevia to sweeten if desired. Over the years I've tried dozens of different proteins, and this is definitely the best! :)

Do you need protein powder? Could you get your nutrition from food like it comes in nature?

I don't eat enough protein because I don't like it so I do the protein powder to make up for it.
