what equipment do you need for Body Beast workout

Minimal will be dumb bells with varying weights some of which should be heavy, resistance bands and exercise ball.
Also pull up bar, barbell and bench. The exercise ball subs for bench. Resistance bands subs as pull up bar. You can use dumb bells instead of barbell.

Minimal- stability ball (for bench presses, inclines, military presses, etc), dumb bells and a medium to heavy stretch band for pull ups. I put my resistance/stretch band around my treadmill or my very heavy coffee table. I got my ball online, my resistance band with handles at Target, and my dumb bells at Target and Sears and online. Wherever was cheapest.
I now have added a pull up bar and an assist band (like a super big rubber band).0
