When to weigh yourself

Weighing yourself

I have read so many articles and a few books in regards to weight loose and the best time to weight yourself. Some say weigh yourself everyday, others say once a week, and the days change. I read one article that made a lot of sense and I have stuck with it and have seen good results to help keep me motivated. While I tend to weight myself everyday or at least days I can remember, but I found out the best time to weigh yourself in not on the weekend, but in the middle of the week (Wednesday for me). The weekends tend to me a bad time since that is when we are most likely to go off our diet and the scales may read slightly higher. Mid week is a great time since we normally get back on track at the beginning of the week and the scales will read a more accurate number and continue to keep you motivated.
