Food brands/ app

Does this app not have food already in the system like menus for eating out or food brands from the grocery store where all we need to know is the name and the serving?

    I guess it would depend. It seems to have all the grocery store brands from here, but this is an international app (I am in Canada but I know there are US and UK brands as well).

    Menus would depend as well. National chains, yes. Even smaller chains, possibly. Single restaurants, not likely.

    Yes. From my experience it has virtually every national/regional chain and brand in the database.

    It has a ton of foods in them, both imported by MFP and entered by users. Be careful to use verifiable entries--USDA entries, those that match your food labels, etc.
