My goal is to lose what I put back on over the summer. (kind of backwards, right?)

I'm 5'10, current weight 220, want to take it back down to 175 through a balance of clean eating and regular exercise. I do everything from dancing, kick boxing, lifting and most things that end in "ing".

If seeing wine and chocolate occasionally on my diary will make you clutch your pearls and gasp in horror then run for the hills. Otherwise, "Hi, my name is KB. Let's all be friends and *kitten*"
