Official Transformation Start Date!!

So for the last 3 weeks Ive been back in the gym, just getting myself use to regularly working out again. Im currently at 185, and probably around 22% body fat. (Not good). Ive gone back to the original principles that took me to 185 a few years ago, and was at 8% body fat.

My goal is to be between 175-185lbs, and at 10% body fat or less. My deadline is March, 2016. Ive taken my first official day 1 photos, and will take a new photo each week, Monday morning.

Im planning on listing all photos of my transformation as well! So be on the look out!

Interested to hear any/everyone's previous accomplishments, and especially your new goals going forward!
