Fitbit one questions please?

I'm thinking of getting a fitbit one. I'm just wondering a couple things

1 - I don't have a smartphone. How does it work with a computer? Can I use it with a tablet (kindle fire)? Do I NEED a device for it to be worth it?

2 - how do you wear it? Do I need extra accessories to attach it to my wrist or whatever?

Thanks in advance!

I have a smartphone, but rarely use the app. I almost always view it on a computer. I don't have a tablet, but if you access the internet from yours, I'm sure you can access the website as well. It comes with a USB plug in that will sync the information to your profile. You need a device for it to be worth it so you can see ALL the information it tracks over a week, month, etc period. Otherwise, you're basically only using it as a pedometer... and you can find those for less money.

I clip mine to the middle of my bra. Some people clip it to their belt loop or pocket. (I think there's less chance I will lose it, or forget it in the wash, if it's on my bra). You don't need extra accessories. It comes with a bracelet thing to wear while you sleep so you can track that as well... but it's not required. It also comes with the charger that plugs into a USB port so you can charge your One. Mine charges in a few hours (usually do it while I'm sitting at my desk at work since I'm not burning extra calories anyway) and stays charged for a week.
