Kayla Itines BBG

Hello fellow Myfitters!
I recently started the Kayla Itsines BBG workout program and LOVE it! I'm the type of person that believes if I can't feel the workout the next day it's not working (I know that's not always true) but I would love to log my work in to MyfitnessPal but I'm not positive what I would log it as. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! :smile:
P.S. I have been thinking about doing review videos on YouTube about my experience with the Kayla program, is that something you all would watch? I want to see review videos of what people thought but I don't like seeing the ones that are just for marketing reasons so I thought I could do one on what I thought and if people like them do them over other health stuff. Thank you so much!

    That's a good idea I'm on week 1 and am loving the sore feeling I have I Like to feel it the next day to! I've logged it as aerobics I'm not really sure if that's correct. Happy new year!
