31 and want to loose about 30 lbs

Hi Everyone,

Im 31 yo with 2 kids my youngest will be 2 July 5th and I look like im 5mths pregnant. SMH. :sad:

Im 5'2 and 152 lbs, i would like to loose about 30 lbs but i would mostly like to tone up. I just started the 30 day shred Jillian Michales and jogging 3 times a week. My main problem is food. I love to eat.

So any support or advice from you guys i would love to hear.

    I have found that protein and fats keep me satisfied longer than carbs. I try for 100-125 grams of protein or 30% of my daily intake.
