I'm wondering if there are any other recovering warriors of Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (M.E.) out there? I'm slowly rebuilding my metabolism after years of non-function, and I would love for provide/ receive support here
I've actually gained a pound after my first week on the program, but I have not panicked, because I've read all the 'newbie' threads by banks etc. Great info! I've been in 'saving mode' for about 30 years, even without the M.E.
I'm a newbie here and feel like a newbie in the world of 'real' nutrition and exercise, even though I was a nurse for some time. Thank you all for providing such a great community :flowerforyou:
