Bacon - Weigh Before Or After Baking?

So I have some glorious pasture-raised, fresh bacon. Before cooking, it weighed 250 grams. After cooking, it weighed 80 grams. This is how I'm logging it, but do I use the pre- or post-baking weight? It's a huge difference.

These are different types of bacon by the way hence the massive calorie differences ...0

Found the raw USDA entry, thank you! That dropped the calories pretty significantly, so yay. Making bacon and egg cups with the fresh bacon and eggs laid 2 days ago. Pretty excited to eat them!0
