Hello,
I have not been a healthy food eater my entire life. I don't like fruits or vegetables but I'm looking for some low calorie snacks and foods to replace some of my higher calorie snacks and foods. Is there anyone like me that does not like fruits and vegetables but has found some other low cal foods that have worked for you?

We fall in same category I also have not ate healthy all these years and that's the reason I have put on so much of weight. Now I want to shed all these extra weight but I just want to ask one thing does eating outside once a week can also distract me. I can't live without Thai food(Moon Thai Weston). I simply love it is there a way that I can continue with a diet program and can also able to eat food outside once in a week.0 -
Jerky, popcorn, rice cakes (with a small smear of peanut butter if you want more flavor), yogurt.0
