Lost the Weight ...then regained.

Glad to be part of this community. Just wanted to share that I was able to lose 20 lbs just by clean eating and I noticed that sleeping well contributed to the weight loss. This was all when I was living on my own. However, I'm gaining back the weight due to lack of sleep, living with family, and now I commute long distances to work. Hopefully I can go back to my success. If it doesn't work out, I guess I'll need to live on my own again!

Wow those are some drastic changes you are considering.
Before doing all that maybe going back and try doing what you did before to lose the 20 lbs.
Maybe you will have to modify some of your previous strategies now you are not living alone. Get your logging spot-on, eat foods that you enjoy in moderation, drink plenty of water.....exercise for your health and enjoyment if you wish....be patient and consistent.
Don't be too hard on yourself. People fall off the wagon so to speak, the important thing is to get up again....and just think you probably learnt a lot from the previous experience and this can help you this time around.
Read the thread Liz has recommended and any other relevant starting out stickies to help you. Do this for yourself and for your health.....it's great if you have support, particularly those that live with you but it isn't a necessity.
Best of luck and just keep plugging away at those small steps and build from there.
