I'm sure I've heard this a million times on this sight and now it's happened to me!!!

We one that I took this seriously and followed my plan I lost 11 lbs... Now week 2 I have stuck to my plan but lost nothing and actually even fluctuated up and down a few lbs... It is so frusterating! I am trying to remember what I 'know' but it's really hard to not rely on the lbs dropping off as motivation... I loved looking at my reports and seeing my weight drop and now it's just a straight line! waaaaaaaaa

  • Just stay focused and continue to log your food and exercise. Sometimes during week one, a lot of people will drop water weight and then after that comes the real weight loss. Are you exercising? If not, I would definitely add some sort of movement to your daily schedule because the more you move, the more you loose! I got extremely frustrated the other day and realized that stressing and worrying about the scale not budging or even going up was even worse for me than that fluctuation. Take a deep breathe and keep on keeping on!

You just lost more than five pounds a week in two weeks.

    Sound better?

    Patience, patience, patience.:flowerforyou:
  • Hey don't worry about the scale. How do you feel other than a little depressed cause of the scale. If you are exericing remember that muscle weighs more than fat and is denser therefore the scale may not move or may even go up. But regardless of whether you are exericing or not take your measurements see if they have changed

taking your measurements is good too sometimes you loose inches and the scale does not budge. I lost 5lbs in my first week then the same happend to me I didnt loose the next two weeks. The next week I started dropping again. lost 3 then the next 2. It will start coming off again.
