Do I have to have a membership just to go to Anytime Fitness or can I pay just for the day?

Lol, back in the day, I just waited for another member to open the door then followed them in. ;)

Franchises are different from owner to owner. You'll just have to ask.

Anytime Fitness is great, I have a PT trainer there and she has helped me in a big way to motivate me and keep me on the right track.
Yes most of them you are able to pay on the day but it can get quite expensive

Some fitness places give out free trials in order for you to try them out first without committing to anything. Perhaps this is something you can ask them and see.
  • I don't know, why are you asking us and not calling the respective franchise that you are interested in?

Not sure why you would want to? The point of Anytime Fitness is being able to use any facility. I am a member and travel for work, so I use facilities in multiple cities. Even in my local area, there are 5 different gyms that I use depending on what I've got going on (or what sport son is playing in which city). That makes having a membership worth it to me.

They charge a $75 "sneak fee" now.

Probably, but at the 24hr place I go you could go for the entire month for the cost of 2 day passes.
