Im not hungry

I ate what I believe was 1350 calories today. Yesterday I ate that and was starving by this time at night, but right now I'm not hungry. I am worried. I counted calories in the daytime, but nighttime was a guesstimate since I didn't make the food, based off the boxes / jars of ingredients I saw, but I couldn't calculate everything that went in as I wasn't cooking it and wasn't there when the parmesan cheese, sugar etc were added.
Should I be worried about not being that hungry? I am afraid i won't lose weight. I keep questioning myself. I am starting to feel a little down.

You might have eaten more than you think.
Counting calories works best if you weigh your food when you're logging it.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JVjWPclrWVY

So much going on. What is your main concern for now?
It is ok not to eat now.
Maybe think of your daily average for the week: some days over and some days under.0 -
If being in situations where you are not preparing the food and can't weigh it is only an occasional thing, don't worry too much about it. You should get better at estimating the calories in such meals from what you learn as you log the meals you prepare yourself. If the meals you don't prepare are frequent occurrences, it would be better to focus your energy on thinking of strategies to deal with them (e.g., ask how the food was prepared, or if that's not possible, eat smaller portions, focus on eating any foods that are simply prepared, such as grilled, roasted, broiled or poached proteins and raw, steamed, roasted, baked or stir-fried veggies), rather than putting your energy into worrying about not being that hungry or the effects of something that's already happened and you can't change. Focus on the future.0

I looked at your diary, and you're not even logging, much less weighing your food.
I don't think you're eating as little as you think you are.0 -
I am weighing my food. Its true I'm not logging, but do you live in my house to say "much less weighing your food"? I weighed everything today except dinner, which I didn't cook. When I cook dinner, I weigh and measure that, too.0

To everyone else, thanks. I'll just keep doing my best. I ended up getting hungry anyway, so I spoke too early.0

What do you do with that information if you aren't logging? Do you just pull stuff up in the database and add up the calories in your head? Log it elsewhere?0 -
I add it up in my email app after looking at the package and weighing. I haven't really used the logging tool on here in a long time, though I use the database.0

The only thing that worries me about your post is you seem to be focusing on the minutiae and it's getting you down as you are worried
You can't go feeling by feeling, you can't even go scale weight by scale weight
I would advise you try to change your perception to 6-8 weeks ...how are you doing over that time frame, what weight have you lost, fitness goals achieved, how are you feeling on average?

I wouldn't get too bogged down with how you are "feeling". Some days are hungrier than others. I would warn you however, that logging is important if you are trying to lose. There are lots of days when I feel like I've kept the calories low by adding in my head and then I realized I forgot something here or there from earlier in the day. It sucks to have to be so tedious, but I found that I've had much better success when I'm watching the details.0

I'd definitely recommend logging ALL of your food here, an added bonus besides knowing your calories is that you can keep an eye on your macros too.0
