I was wondering if anyone has tried this and what kind of results you had. I recently purchased Chris Powell's first book on this "Choose to Lose" and I understand the concept and the calorie goals, but what kind of numbers are we looking at for high carb days and low carb days. How much should be aimed at without going overboard? I would love to hear others insight.

On the scooby calculators there is a section on this. Im sure it is 4 days of 30% carbs and one day at 50%. I haven't tried it though as its a hassle for me just to reach my normal macros without failing lol

Carb cycling does work. I wouldn't carb cycle until you hit a major plateau in your weight loss. As for carbs, you have to play with it see what works best for you.

So why can't you carb cycle all the time if you want? Just curious on your opinion is all.

ETA: Just went on the Scooby's link and read the answer. I've seen other articles where they do it all the time... will finish checking out this link.
