What to do When Home for Break

I had a pretty good fitness regimen going at school but now I'm home for the holidays and can't really do much. Any recommendations on what to do? I used to lift 3 days a week and run 6 days. I have very limited equipment at home (some old all-in-one machine and a 10lb dumbbell) and am so worried about getting soft during this break. Help!

Put on your shoes and go for a run. The great thing about running is you can do it anywhere.

Try going to the local community centre - they will have good drop in rates.0
