Specifically: Shrimp, Broccoli and Brown Rice w/ Brown sauce? How much is one whole container? Not one cup, or half a cup or quarter cup! A whole portion? I've been eating this lately because I've heard it was a healthier choice if I was going to eat fast food. I looked on the app and it doesn't really give me what I'm looking for? How many cups are in one whole portion? Thanks.

Get out your measuring cup and see? The place near me probably doesn't use the same serving sizes as the place near you.

FWIW, the place near me uses half cup scoops for rice, and a regular portion is 2 cups of the dish and 1 cup of rice. I drain the sauce, eyeball the meat and veggie portions, and log them plus a tablespoon of oil. If I eat rice, I'll log howevermuch I eat. But rice and excess sauce are my least favorite parts of Chinese food, so I don't usually eat them even if I'm not tracking calories.

My usual is chicken in hot garlic sauce. Six ounces of raw chicken breast, 2 cups of raw chopped onions, half a small carrot, 2 tablespoons of water chestnuts, no peppers or baby corn because I order without.

My local place sells steamed options (steamed chicken and broccoli). The sauce would have sugar and oil. Make a guess on the calories for the sauce.
