This projection is a computer-generated estimate based on a user netting the exact same number of Calories per day for the next 35 days straight. There are too many variables for this projection to be completely accurate. However, if you log food accurately (weigh solids, measure liquids, and choose the correct food database entries), do not overestimate exercise Calories burned, and net the exact same Calories over the next 35 days, it will be close. It was close for me.

Ultimately, it's just an algorithm so it really can't be 100% accurate, but if you're consistent it'll be close.

This would be an example from your diary that is not a correct food database entry:

    Homemade - Scrambled Eggs W/ Cheddar Cheese (2 Whole & 2 Whites), 1 plate
    Calories: 277, Carbs: 5, Fat: 21, Protein: 183, Sodium: 820, Sugar: 0

Although the number of Calories may be in the ballpark, you can't know for sure because it doesn't show how much cheese is in 1 plate. Also, there is no way that there can be 183g of protein in that few total Calories - that is an insane amount of grams of protein. 183g protein times 4 Calories per gram protein equals 732 Calories. That food item's macronutrient values are incorrect.

Suggest you weigh and log each item individually and verify the macronutrient values for the food database items you select.

rarely. The clue is in the words "if every day were like today".

If I ate and exercised exactly the same as today for 5 weeks straight, it may be accurate. But this is a feat I have never managed to achieve.

It's fairly close for me, but my caloric intake and activity level never change by much. It gives you a ballpark idea but that's about it.
