Day after holiday

My family had a big Christmas Eve dinner along with lunch on Christmas. Of course I ate as much as I pleased and facing the consequences of severe stomach aches. I did exercise this morning before lunch to burn off the excess Christmas Eve calories. I'm so glad it's finally over. I'm curious to know, has anyone fasted the next day and just hit the gym the day after eating possibly excess calories and feel like they can't eat anything for like at least a day? I don't want to eat anymore for the next 24 hours and I was seeing how bad is it to skip a day of eating even if you ate so much? I planned on exercising all day tomorrow but I can burn 3500 calories in just 2 hours on my treadmill due to the speed and high incline and also burn extra by walking my dog around my neighborhood. (1 lap of my neighborhood is a mile and the most I walked was 4, trying to go for 5). I know that's a lot of exercise but I'm very athletic and very thin already but I hate excess energy because I'm restless and uncomfortable. Also, I had a question about stored energy and fat. Since I exercise a lot and ate a lot, how long does it take for the body to start storing as fat vs energy? Or because since I'm very athletic and can burn everything off easy it will just be stored as energy? Sorry for how lengthy it is but I'm very curious. For first question is about not eating for a day due to feeling so full and full of energy and need a break. Second, is fat vs energy storage, especially in those who are athletic and exercise everyday. Thank you. Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas.

No, I'm not going to fast tomorrow. My body doesn't work well like that.0

How bad is it to not eat for a solid 24 hours just for 1 time? I never really done it before but I feel like I could handle it0
