Heylo! I'm looking create a space where we can :
•State macro goals
•Track our Micro goals
•Discus what caused our slip ups
•Create and commit to solutions to avoid them in future
AND
•Hold eachother accountable through the process with encouragement and consistent communication.

1) Visualize what the process of making your goal happen - if you can picture positive comments and suggestions helping you through the "ahh-screw-it" moments that have plagued you every time...
2) Leave a post Stating your Macro Goal
3) Add me as a friend... And we'll take it from there

I don't know about you but I'm tired of being tired of never getting it quite right and letting the life that I'm living get in the way of the life that I want...

    1)I can totally see this as part of my morning routine - I can commit 3 minutes of my day to this
    2)Gain 15lbs of Muscle By March 2016 using Stronglifts 5x5 and eating 2100-2200 Calories daily.
    3)As much as I love me... I can't add myself as a Friend
