Fitbit exercise shifting caloric intake goals

Hi guys!
The fitbit integration is pretty cool. My daily caloric intake goal is 1530 with a 1lb per week loss target but when the fitbit steps sync, it adds about 1000 calories of exercise to my food intake quota.
How do you typically handle this...do you stick to eating 1530 calories or do you listen to the new target and eat 2530 calories?

Good question. I got a fitbit for Christmas and was wondering the same thing. The fitbit counts every step and calorie you burn throughout the day; however, I would be inclined to stick with the 1530 since we are technically burning calories as we are sitting and doing normal activities. I do not count that since my heart rate is not in fat-burning zone during those times.

You will see faster results if you stick with 1530. I have had a fitbit for six months now and it has been a life saver. Keep up the good work ladies!0

I don't count the non active calories. I just use the calorie burn that gets synced to mfp0
