Survived the cold...whew!

Have had a bad cold since around 13th (caught it while on holiday...lovely), posted here a few days ago about trying to get back to working out. Have been doing DVD workouts @ home, felt really good yesterday (Christmas day); did a DVD, ate a bit too much but nothing catastrophic. Got up to terrible dark rainy day today & went to gym early ( it was almost empty); cough is almost gone, yay! Did 45 mins hill climbing intervals on treadmill & 15 mins tabata workout, got a super sweat on, feel a bit stiff & sore, but great! Thanks for the encouragement I got here earlier this week, it helped!
