I'll be starting Wheat Belly tomorrow and I was looking for other users who follow grain free and/or low carb lifestyles for support and ideas on meals. In addition, I have PCOS and I'm trying to manage it more successfully with this diet change, along with activity and (hopefully less) medications and supplements. Feel free to add me! Thanks!

Hi, I went gluten free in April and it has helped me a lot with my medical conditions. I will be following the Wheat belly diet in January, as I aim to remove grains to see if this is of further benefit.0

I'm about half way through the book "Wheat Belly." Questions for those of you above who posted that you are following this "Wheat Belly" approach (e.g. no wheat): 1) Did it help you? 2) Is it sustainable?0
