Hi my name is Laura, I was on MFP and lost all drive,motivation. I am a female with MS and as people with MS educate themselves weight gain is the worst. So I simply need to begin a different journey with the most discipline ever. I had a few friends on here and lost them please contact me again. The support was awesome. Recipes are welcome as well.
