What would you log 7 min workout app as?

I just finished a seven minute workout and don't see an option to log it :-)

Without knowing what kind of workout it was, I can't really help you much. I often use an online calculator that I found when my activity isn't listed on MFP.0

I wouldn't log a 7 minute workout, but if you wanted to maybe circuit training? Or aerobics? It would depend on what you did in the 7 minutes but the ones I've heard of it generally seems like circuit training.0

I would just take it as bonus calories for the day.0

I wouldn't log it personally as it would be less then 80 calories at best.0
