Getting Motivated

Holidays are done -- just that one lingering New Year's Eve thing -- but basically time to get back in shape and up my activity level and eat a bit more sensibly!

I live in a ski resort, but don't downhill ski anymore due to a bad knee. However, once the tourists go home in two weeks, I am going to sign up for cross country ski lessons and get out there into the beautiful scenery and enjoy the fresh air. My snowshoes have also been calling out to me, so that is also on the list. On days that are warm enough, I'm going golfing -- just a 45 minute drive and a drop of 4000 elevation feet to get there!
