Hey everyone,

I'm Tricia age 45. I've logged in for about 520 days & lost about twenty pounds & kept it off for two years now. I actually started MFP in 2012 but wasn't super consistent for awhile. Feel free to add me.

I love to exercise & eat mostly vegetarian, simply because I'm not a big meat eater. I don't like it much. I struggle to get enough protein. I'm considering giving up sugar for the new year but I don't know if I can do it & feel the sugar alternatives are often worse for you.

I love MFP & tell everyone about it. I would love to make more friends.
