Fitness related:
1. Lose the 40 lbs I've been trying to lose the last 6 months, or 10% body fat.
2. Take my mile down by a minute.
3. Leg press 700. Currently at 660.

Personal:
1. Be more positive and less emotional.
2. Be a better friend. (Spend more time with friends.)
3. Start going back to school.
4. To be genuinely happy and to keep seeing the good in people.
5. Change someone's life.
6. Bend broken relationships and/or prevent more from happening.
7. Smile more.

How about you?

Fitness: Lose weight. Start strength training and gain some muscle (or at least some nice muscle definition) Be strong, fit and healthy.

Personal: Be the best mum I can possibly be. Feel happy and content within myself. Explore my new area (I've just relocated) make new friends within new my area. Kinda hard to do that last bit until the weather improves so I'm really looking forward to spring/summer when I can get out more. :)

This list will continue to grow and be further refined, but for now, I know I need to:
-Lose remaining extra weight if needed
    -Be more organized
-Develop a healthy sense of humor
-Take better care of my body
    -Eliminate stress
-Find a better balance in life
    -Think positive
    -Be more assertive
    -Work past irrational fears
    -Grow closer to God
