    MFP, of course
Fitbit to track my steps (if you don't have one, I also recommend Pacer)
RunKeeper to track my actual walks for exercise (gps and time, as I don't like what Fitbit provides in that area)
Happy Scale to track my weight trends
Stronglifts to track of my weight routine
Achievemint to earn points for healthy activities
Pact to keep on track with my goals

    MFP for food.
    Jefit for my weight lifting.
    Runtastic for my cardio.
http://www.startingstrength.com for some of the best workout advice you'll see.
#powerlifting on the Freenode IRC network for are, who's helped my squats and deadlifts (thanks dude)
  • MFP for logging
    UP for my Jawbone
    Guided Mind for meditation

That's it for phone apps but there are other tools I use for help.
