I was reading a fitness blog that included variations on recipes for your low and high carb days.
What constitutes a high/low carb day? Is it related to what exercises you're doing that day or what? Why would you need more carbs one day and less the next?
Thanks!
Edited to say the title should be High/Low CARB days. Oh dear.
