    I was wondering this too. OP, what do envision for yourself when you reach your desired weight? Why the rush? What is your current weight and where are you aiming to be?

    Probably not going to happen if you're under 200lbs. And if you are, then more than likely you're losing lean muscle tissue at the same time which lowers your metabolic rate even more.

    Me too. If I could take off about 50 before the 1st it'll be a dream come true. Unfortunately life doesn't work that way. Slow and steady wins the race.

    If you're morbidly obese and under a doctors guidance and doing it in the short term with regular blood tests go for it

    If not you more probably just need to adjust your thinking
