At my Heaviest

Hello everyone, I was supposed to never go above 190 and it happened. I have been working full time & doing my masters at the same time which leave little time to exercising and when I do have time I want to catch up with sleep. I can't keep making excuses. Hopefully I can make friends here to keep each other on track!

    Also working full time plus Masters. It's challenging to find a balance, but it can be done.

    Welcome. Very difficult but can be done. make better food choices and move your body. Take 15 min. Of the day just for you. You can break it up into 5 min at a time or do it all in one section. I'm going to try 15 min of yoga per day ... the deep breathing really helps calm my spirit. You chose your own activity ... whether it's walking or something else. We can do this together.
