Jumping back in

I'm a big fan of MFP. Back in 2012, I lost 30 pounds in 6 months and felt great doing it. Went from 242 to 212. I had a calories in / calories out mentality and was very happy with the results. Unfortunately I got lazy around my birthday in September 2012 and stopped working out / eating right. Now, three years later I think I have let myself go a little too much and need to jump back into good habits. My boyfriend is great support and I know that I need MFP back in my life to get back on track.

So much is going right with my life that I owe it to myself to make everything go right by losing this weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

I am currently 255.8 pounds and look forward to getting myself down to a healthy weight of 175. At this time, I feel 175 is a good goal but am open to dropping the number if when closer it seems like a healthier choice.
